NOW INTRODUCING GOLF CAGE PANEL SETS.

We have received a lot of requests for panel sets to complete golf cages.  You have built the cage and now need a effective solution for panels to complete your golf cage or golf enclosure.  Our panel design makes it easy to install on your existing golf cage. Our panels are designed to work with 3/4 or 1" EMT conduit frames ( with or without pipe insulation ) . The panels sets are 3 pieces ( top and sides ), the front, bottom and top easily wrap around the frame and attach to back with sewn-in hook and loop. The front part near the screen attach to the frame with ball bungees and machine installed grommets. We also have optional vel cro 6" pads that attach to the top , sides, and  bottom front of side panels to create the ultimate golf enclosure.  The top and side pads will cover the gap created between the screen and the frame . Our golf panel system works best with our golf screen, but it will work with most golf screen setups. If you have any questions, just emails us dimensions and pics of your setup and we will customize a panel/ pad system to fit your golf cage.  We can do any length, up to 120" high and 96" deep.  We can do deeper golf cages, but they will require a 2 piece panel. NEW ADVANCED GOLF ENCLOSURE BLACK PANEL MATERIAL

For the past year, we have been working with a major US fabric supplier to develop the ultimate golf enclosure black panel material. We have taken our next generation poly blend golf screen material and have made it in black thread. NOT DYED. This creates a super strong material that will not smear, fad or rub off on a ball or golf screen.  How many time have you mis hit a golf ball, hit the side panel and then grazed the golf screen and leave a mark. Not any more .  This poly blend material is the am material we use on our golf screens so it will not rip or tear from a wayward golf ball. Plus it comes i 120" widths, so we can make just about any size panel. In addition, we will be making all of our golf screen and golf cage pads from this new material.

With this new golf enclosure material, we feel our golf enclosures are made with the finest US made fabrics and set them apart from others who use a cheaper imported nylon material.  With our premium padded triple layered poly spacer golf screen, and excessive padding, we fell our golf enclosures cant be beat. We took a popular DIY golf screen enclosure and made several improvements to the design and functionality.

1) PANELS. We use the same heavy duty POLY BLEND material in our panels as we do in our entery level screens. We don't use a thin nylon material like our competition. In addition, we use a 3 piece design versus a 1 piece design. That means if you  damage it, you are replacing 1 section instead of all 3 sections. Plus our panels are designed to wrap around the 3/4EMT with  pipe insulation. We feel its important to install pipe insulation around the front part of the frame unlike the competition. 

2) MORE PADS-We use 6" pads for the top of the screen, sides of screen and sides of panels. The competition just uses a  panel with no padding.  

3) POLY SPACER SCREEN - Due to the design and installation of the screen, we only use the poly spacer screen material with this enclosure. This screen material provides the stretch and durability needed for a superior golf enclosure. In addition, this screen eliminates excessive bounce back.    

4) US MADE AND SEWN- We have over 14 years experience in making golf screens and golf enclosures. All of our screen material and panel material are made right here in the USA.
