No returns accepted except if defective or damaged in shipment. No Returns on Custom Sizes. If you order the wrong item or size, we will gladly exchange it for you. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Email us for details.

Shipping
We ship UPS ground and USPS priority depending on the destination and weight.
Shipping rates are for the lower 48 US states only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international will require a shipping quote. Once you order is placed, we will email you shipping options within 2 days.
We ship to Canada via UPS. When you checkout it may only give you the shipping rate to the US 48 lower states. We will email you if there are additional shipping charges to Canada or Overseas
Shipping rates can get expensive on larger items to Canada because the rate is based on box size (like hitting mats).
LEAD TIME can vary depending on time of year. Due to the pandemic, labor shortages have occurred. Email us for current lead times. Most in-stock items ship in 1-3 days. Golf Enclosures can vary between 1-3 weeks.
