RETURNS

Spectrum Golf does not accept any returns unless it is a defective product and is within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include a RA# authorized by Spectrum Golf. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All electronics carry the manufacturers warranty. Please register your products within 2 weeks of receipt with the manufacturer.

WARRANTY

GOLF SIMULATOR

LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

This warranty extends for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase of a golf simulator system. The golf simulator includes frame, net, screen, mats, blackout panels, hardware, projector mounts and cables to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All electronic components including the sensors, sensor mats, projector, software, computer and/or monitors must be registered with the manufacturer within 14 days of purchase. Spectrum Golf will assist the customer in getting all electronic components repaired or replaced  from the  manufacturer. Spectrum Golf's liability is limited to the material cost and labor of the defective component.

Any return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RA # ISSUED BY SPECTRUM GOLF. Spectrum Golf will ship the repaired or replacement item by UPS ground at our expense.

The warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, accident, failure of electrical power, damage while in transit for repairs/replacement, any repairs or modifications by any unauthorized person or agency, or any other reason not due to defects in material or workmanship.  The warranty does not cover any damage in shipping to or from customer. Its is Spectrum Golf's discretion to determine whether the product is covered under the warranty.

IMPACT SCREEN

LIMITED 180 DAY WARRANTY

This warranty extends for a period of  180 days from the date of purchase of the Supertex/Poly Impact Screen to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Due to the use of the impact screen, Spectrum Golf will only replace the screen ONCE under warranty.  Spectrum Golf's liability is limited to the material cost and labor of the defective component.

Any return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RA # ISSUED BY SPECTRUM GOLF
Spectrum Golf will ship the repaired or replacement item by UPS ground at our expense.
